SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do process all orders within 1 to 4 business and ship through local postal services depending on the location, for Canada, we usually ship with Canada Post.

SHIPPING RATES:

Free shipping on all Canada orders with a minimum order of CAD$100. For any order less than CAD$100 there will be a shipping charge of CAD$7.99. 

(Special Note: Hiyas offer cheaper shipping cost on customer from Calgary, AB.)

Free shipping on all USA orders with a minimum order of USD$150.00. For any order less than USD$150.00 there will be a shipping charge of CAD$12.99.

SHIPPING ETA:

5-7 business days for local delivery. 

10-15 business days for international delivery (may varies depending on the location)

MISSING ORDER:

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims. We offer Route Package Protection as a cart add-on, if this has not been purchased we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims. However, assistance is welcomed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

At Hiyas Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy for your convenience.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 7-day return policy for all purchases made on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. 

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in new and unworn condition.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return policy guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

 

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
